From Fort Myers at I-75 and Colonial Blvd.

Take Colonial E to 82E. Travel this road for several miles until you dead-end at 29 South. Take a right onto 29 South and go all the way through Immokalee. When you come to the end of town there will be a John Deere on the right and on the left a Sunoco. Take at left onto CR 846. You will pass an airport. Take CR846 for 19.9 miles and it will come to a stop. Make a right onto CR833 follow CR833 for 7 miles. The road will make a 90 degree turn to the right. Devils Garden Bird Park is the first dirt road on the left.

From Naples at I-75 at the Alligator Alley Toll Booth
